陆秀竞，字峥，号千岩，又号一碧楼主。1942年生于浙江绍兴，1967年毕业于中国美术学院国画系山水专业，得顾坤伯、陆俨少
亲授，以及潘天寿、吴茀之、陆维钊等艺术大家的熏陶。曾任杭州西泠书画院常务副院长、浙江山水画研究会副会长等。
上世纪八九十年代曾先后于英国、美国举办个展。2018年8月，在中国美术馆举办“千岩竞秀一一陆秀竞中国画作品展”;2019年6
月，在浙江美术馆举办“千岩竞秀一一陆秀竞中国画作品展”。作品曾被中国美术馆、浙江美术馆、中南海紫光阁、钓鱼台国宾
馆、北京大学、浙江大学、美国中国艺术博物馆、美国洛杉矶鲍尔博物馆和各类机构收藏。

Xiujing Lu, born in 1942 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, graduated in 1967 from the Landscape Painting Department of the China Academy of Art.
He has served as the Executive Vice President of the Xiling Painting and Calligraphy Academy in Hangzhou, Vice Chairman of the Hangzhou Artists Association, and Vice President of the Zhejiang Landscape Painting Research Association.In 1999, he was selected as an Outstanding Talent in the United States and has since resided abroad for many years, exploring contemporary innovations in Chinese painting within a cross-cultural context.
Over a career spanning more than 60 years, Lu has delved deeply into the traditions of brush and ink while drawing on the visual language of Western painting. In his landscape creations, he blends Chinese and Western approaches, using a foundation of vigorous and unpretentious brushwork while boldly incorporating expressive color. His work achieves a harmonious balance between ink and rich color, preserving Eastern poetic charm while infusing modern vitality. Characterized by childlike spontaneity and natural elegance, his style embodies a unique fusion.
Xiujing Lu, né en 1942 à Shaoxing, dans la province du Zhejiang, est diplômé en 1967 du département de peinture de paysage de l'Académie chinoise des beaux-arts.
Il a été vice-président exécutif de l'Académie de peinture et de calligraphie Xiling à Hangzhou, vice-président de l'Association des artistes de Hangzhou et vice-président de l'Association de recherche sur la peinture de paysage du Zhejiang. En 1999, il a été sélectionné comme talent exceptionnel aux États-Unis et réside depuis de nombreuses années à l'étranger, explorant l'innovation contemporaine de la peinture chinoise dans un contexte interculturel.
Au cours de plus de soixante années de carrière artistique, Lu a approfondi la tradition du pinceau et de l'encre tout en intégrant le langage visuel de la peinture occidentale. Dans ses créations de paysages, il fusionne les approches orientales et occidentales, s'appuyant sur une touche vigoureuse et sobre, et introduit avec audace l'expression par la couleur. Il parvient ainsi à un équilibre harmonieux entre l'encre et les couleurs riches, conservant la poésie orientale tout en insufflant une vitalité moderne. Son style, à la fois naïf et vivant, révèle une élégance naturelle et une esthétique singulière.
